Did not feel safe!!

Got to apartment 30 min early and was told that someone would be there in 30min to let me in. An hour and a half later and a 45 min call to Hotels.com I finally got an email with the code to access the apartment. As I got to the door of the apartment an old man dripping sweat with no teeth was dragging a bag out of the apartment, he said nothing to us. We entered apartment and there was dog poop on back patio and an ashtray full of cigarettes, I felt as if the old man lived there and was collecting his things as we sat out on the street for 1.5 hours. We felt VERY uncomfortable knowing that this man had access to our room and decided that it would be best for us to just leave. The apartment was very dark and dungeon like. I definitely would NOT recommend this place and would highly recommend Hotels.com to take this apartment off of their website.
