Nestled amongst tall, stately trees, and abutting the Alderbrook Lake, this 100-acre property overlooks its own peaceful lake, cradled within the mountains, and provides endless opportunities to wander and discover. The Space:
Alderbrook Yurt is located on the southern end of the Lake with it's own private entrance. A 333 sqft. 20' wide yurt from Colorado Yurt Company. Glamping at its finest with all the comforts of home and a waterfall to listen to. A Whimsical outhouse features a compost toilet, wash basin, lights, fan and heater. (outdoor shower coming soon). A kitchenette, Queen size bed and a single pullout sofa sleeps three. Outdoor grill and table and chairs complete the dining experience.

Guest Access:
Located on Hendricks Road in Bolton Landing on the Dam road.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled on Alderbrook's 100 acre compound, there's something for everyone to do.

Getting Around:
We're right off exit 24 of the Northway and you're only 5 miles to Bolton Landing, 10 mins to Lake George Village.

Other Things to Note:
Six miles of hiking trails on property, Game room and lots of boats to keep you busy.
