About this space
Escape to Bolton Landing in our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just minutes from the Queen of American Lakes, Lake George. Enjoy the open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious wraparound porch. Located one block from downtown Bolton Landing where you can explore local shops and restaurants, or take advantage of the endless outdoor activities. With all the necessary amenities provided, our home is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family and friends!
The space
Guests are welcome to use the entire home and furnishings. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and in-house laundry available. The living room has a 55" Samsung Smart TV and lots of board games to entertain the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen is large enough to host family gatherings with an oversized island. At night sit back and relax on the screened in porch, or on the back patio with the smokeless Solo Stove fire pit.
Guest access
Guest can access the entire home except for the basement and detached barn.
Other things to note
Please contact if you are considering bringing your 4 legged doggo friend. No other animals allowed.

Exceptional

The Porch in Town supplied everything we needed. The place was clean, the kitchen had everything you would need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. We enjoyed the screened in porch with our coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic as we had a wedding at the Sagamore and The Porch was only .6 miles away. Grace the host replied promptly to all questions. This place is a 10!!

Perfect!

The Porch House was the perfect spot for my family! There were 5 adults, 2 children and a dog that fit comfortably in the house. The house is fully equipped for cooking, family fun and games, and room for everyone to enjoy each other, get ready for the day and sleep at night. Communication with Grace was easy and quick and she even left a nice little welcome gift that was perfect after a long travel day! We loved our time in Bolton Landing!

Kind and attentive host

We had booked a trip and then couldn’t go last minute because a member of the party caught COVID. The host was very understanding and accommodating even though the formal policy didn’t require them to do anything for us. Grace was also super attentive and communicative in general (eg when we were asking questions about the house to decide if we should book). Obviously I can’t really review the house itself, but we are hoping we can book it at a later date when schedules allow. Just wanted to express our appreciation for the host.

Porch house is as advertised. Very nice home. Great kitchen even though we never cooked. Spent a lot of time on the porch. Super easy walk into town. Highly recommend.
