Rhis place is well located, nice, clean. The environment is sterile and impersonal. All access is by codes,which you have to know in advance. It is on a walking street, so you cannot drive there even to get oriented.. Parking is very complicated and hard to find. You must know access codes. When you finally get to the desk, the desk person was cold and arrogant, like she was doing us a favor to check us in. There is no servi e to the room. They left coffee pods for one day ( we stayed 2) and no creamer provided. The location is perfect for walking this beautiful city.

Best place to stay in Bolzano

Wonderful place to stay. We stayed with 2 children age 5 and 7 and have really enjoyed: - Located in a walking distance from train station - Free laundry service - very spacious rooms with a balcony and mountain view, very quite despite of being located on a busy street - lots of places to eat and gelato - walking distance to Cable cars - just opposite Ice man museum - 5-7 min away from nice playground - very clean hotel and staff was very friendly too.

Great stay in Bolzano

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. There was enough space in both rooms for all of our luggage and for us to congregate (have a wine and snacks) all together. The bathrooms were also really spacious and clean. Tho r surrounding area was full of shops, restaurants and there was a supermarket one or two shops down from the hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Bolzano.

Our room was gorgeous and well appointed. I like that cleaning services and breakfast are optional and paid for separately. However, customer service was terrible. The address for parking sent us 37 minutes away. We had to walk, ask people in the street and google several options to find the garage. The number for customer service was incorrect. Emails were not answered. The room was too warm when we arrived. We were unable to get the a/c to work. We had to keep the windows open to reduce the temperature but outside noise and light kept us up all night. When I called customer service the following day, the representative said something snarky about “you Americans”.

Everything is good, except that the front desk closes at 5:30pm, is that too early? The location is perfect, but the entrance is difficult to find. Inside the room is the world of modern young people who can easily work out how to use the facilities.

Perfect location for a night in Bolzano. Parking was easy, large and safe. Room was very new, large and clean, with good amenities. Check-in/out was simple and staff easy to deal with. The best parts of town were easily walkable from the hotel.

Good hotel

Large room with an excellent bathroom. Good bed - not too soft. Be sure to ask the receptionist for a Bolzano tourist card. It will allow you a ride up the cable car, buses, as well as museum entry. ( my only complaint about this property was that I was not offered this card upon arrival). You will need to close the shutters and windows if there on a weekend since the street outside is noisy. Great location across from archaeological museum.

Perfect location & outstanding rooms & facilities. Room so spacious with a view, bathroom large & shower was great. Free laundry machine & dryer extremely handy as I was traveling 2 weeks. Otzi museum across the street! Everything in walking distance or grab a bus. Huge market on Saturday right across the bridge. Restaurants, shopping, farmers market & more all in walking distance. I highly recommend & would stay again!
