The breakfast was horrible! No healthy food...Typical in American Hotels or in this case I would classify it as a motel.. The Gym is not a gym! 3 pieces of cardio, one mat, one bench and dumbbells. Not machines, foam rolls, bosu etc etc! Terrible as in many old fashioned residences as this is.

Hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean and newly refurbished. Staff was outright horrible: the day time manager on the morning after we checked in had pulled up the wrong/some other guests info and she sent housekeeping to our room and insisted we should check out immediately! She then argued with us at front desk that we hadn’t paid for the room… charged us again for 2 days. I kept showing her the receipt of our payment, she kept insisting she couldn’t see it. She then proceeded to blame the overnight staff and everyone else. Finally when I asked her at my 4th visit after being “summoned” to front desk to see her screen, I told her she was looking at a different guest/ room and not us. It was such a horrendous experience, we ended up leaving and finding a different place to stay even after we had actually paid for 2 nights.. Do not go there unless you don’t mind a dose of racism thrown at you.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice hot breakfast with a variety of food options. Coffees in the lobby at all times with teaand cocoa options which was lovely because it had just snowed. Also the fire was nice each afternoon for conversation.
