You'll be less than one mile from the quaint shops and restaurants of downtown Boothbay Harbor and one mile from the beautiful trails of Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve and walking distance to downtown Boothbay harbor.

The living space is expansive and open, featuring rustic wood paneling, natural banisters and support beams, as well as WiFi and a new electrical system. After a day of kayaking on Linekin Bay, return home to read a novel, take a nap in the rocking chair, or practice your musical skills on the piano.
