Great hotel. All we can do is say how great the staff and service was. It was located on the opposite side of the island where the stations were. It’s not very wide tho and is a quick drive. It would’ve been nice to stay in a hotel directly where the stations were.

Staff is friendly and very accommodating. I love that the staff checks the hotel room before checking out. They found my iPad that I left behind in the safe! Very honest and super helpful staff!

Our room was very spcacious with a large, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. The room was very quiet at night. There is a large wardrobe but only 3 hangers and no real drawer space in the room which wasnt ideal. Note they will only service your room if you contact reception and ask. The pool areas had a good variety of different types of seating in the sun and the shade. The hotel is beside the windy beach so ideal for wind surfers or kite surfers. There is a shuttle to and from DMall but it is less than a 5 minute walk so we walked there and back each night. The breakfast buffet was large and varied

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at Aqua Boracay! The hotel is clearly new and as it’s on the other, less developed side of the island, it benefits from a lot more space. This means the pool area is as stunning as the pictures and was a real treat to chill there. What really stands out is the service as every colleague is genuinely friendly and welcoming. They are consistent in their greeting and desire to help, no matter the time of day. We had a nice room which was spacious and nicely laid out, and was only one of the lower spec rooms so if you bag a suite then you’re in for a treat! The hotel is about a 5 min walk to D’Mall and no more than 10 mins to the beach at station 2, so isn’t in the main action but close enough to be there quickly and step away from the chaos to a quieter resort. The hotel also offers an hourly shuttle to and from D’Mall if you need it. Other than being in a quieter location the only other watch out the beach on this side is less developed and mainly for Kite surfers. If you want to relax at the beach and hire sun lounger / gets drinks then you’ll need to go to the main side of the island. This also meant it was very windy! It’s great that no one can smoke on their balcony but our only improvement would be that our room was at back of complex, near the smoking area, which meant we got the rancid smell of smoke every time we left our staircase (not in room) so would be good to give smokers these rooms as smell is awful. Overall a great stay at Aqua Boracay!

If you want a 5 star hotel in quiet neighborhood right beside the activity center, this is the right place for you. The hotel is new and occupies a large beach front lot. Staff are very professional and courteous. It is within 10 min walking distance to the D’Mall, where are all the shops and restaurants. If you have family with young children, you should select this property. They also provide shuttle/ferry service between the airport and the hotel at reasonable price. Strong recommend using it.

Although I got sick when I got there, the facilities are top notch and the staff are very accommodating. The island itself are well maintained and the beaches are great with so many activities to explore.

The hotel is very clean and relaxing. The food is great can’t complain about it since we enjoyed every food we ordered and even their breakfast buffet. Staff is exceptionally very hospitable, nice and friendly. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely be back.

Excellent stay at AquaBoracay We had some teething problems with checking in , however once the Ops Manager Joy stepped in , everything was rectified and the staff did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay . The hotel is on Bulagbong beach the quiet side of the island which was a great decision. The pools are wonderful and plenty of beds for guests and a great area to relax . Guests can relax on this beach or walk to the white beach which is 10 mins away . There is a great bar / restaurant on this beach Lantern which we loved . The property is spotless and our suite was very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing and watching movies. The hotel arranged our land and island hopping trips and the paid transfer to the airport meant that we were fast tracked to their transfer boat . Great 5star hotel with lovely staff and service

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The place is beautiful and clean. The air conditioning isn’t he living room wasn’t working well, the room was still warm even when the thermostat is set at 16 degrees with max fan setting. We need towel hooks or bars close to the shower in the bathrooms in the 3 bedroom suites.

Great place

Overall this place is absolutely wonderful. Other than the HUGE pool, the service from everyone is just exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathroom. The breakfast is full of options. Quite expensive pool bar menu for the Philippines, in some cases more expensive than what you could find in a western country. Good food. But then again, they are a 5* hotel. Overall we had a great stay. Fantastic if you are exhausted and just want to chill out.

Despite having some issues the first two out of the 6 days from a staff member, The rest of our stay was fantastic. Manager Ria or Reah (sorry for the spelling) stepped in to resolve the issue in a professional manner which we greatly appreciate. The staff were accommodating and the securities kept the resort safe. I would like to mention Security Jano for your service sir. To all the OJT’s job well done and good luck to your next journey in life. The resort is well kept, Safe and great pool area. We booked the 3 bedroom unit. The location was great with the ocean and pool view. One of the best resort around the area that we saw for sure.

Outstanding service from the staff - Chean, who assisted us during our check in and check out, kuya Honor, Nico, who picked us up g om tge airport and took us to the hotel, our house keppers, who cleaned our room to an immaculate standard, the chefa during breakfast, the breakfast staff, who were all very courteous and helpful, the pool attendants and the ground staff. We really felt looked after during our stay.
