It includes:

• an entrance,



• a living room with a sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table for 6 persons, a desk and internet/wifi,



• a separate kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction cooker, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and everything you need to cook (utensils, cutlery, etc.),



• a 1st bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a closet,



• a 2nd bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm and a closet,



• a bathroom with a sink, a hair dryer and a heated towel rack,



• a separate toilet.

It also includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on your arrival.

Extra fees :


Late arrivals, supplements apply:

30€ between 8pm and 10pm,


50€ between 10pm and 11pm,


80€ after 11pm.

Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.


Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.

Sundays and public holidays:


If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.

Cleaning:


The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks. 


If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance. 


Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.
