Clair Matin - MARGAUX CANTENAC

Located in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, in the town of Margaux, approximately 40 kilometers from Bordeaux and the ocean, our "Clair Matin" cottage welcomes you for a stay in our magnificent region. This completely independent house sits on a large, fully enclosed plot of land, offering a garden, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a parking area equipped with an electric vehicle charging point (charged based on meter reading). Located in a residential area, just one kilometer from the town center, you'll enjoy the proximity of various shops and services, as well as public transportation, such as the train station (TER line) and a nearby bus line. Spread over two levels, the cottage can comfortably accommodate 10 people. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall, a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room with a television and games table, a bathroom with a large shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms (two with 160x200 beds and one with a 140x190 bed) and a dormitory with four 90x200 beds, the latter having a French window opening directly onto an outside staircase. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete this floor. The living areas and bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. Pets are welcome for an additional fee per stay and per pet. You also have the possibility to rent sheets, towels and benefit from an end-of-stay cleaning service (optional paid services). The outdoor facilities are currently being finalized. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
