HEATING/COOLING
The loft has a split system downstairs, an indoor wood fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom and a firepit for outdoor use in the colder months (in accordance with fire restrictions).

Designed for couples and friends seeking a private escape, Loft House features two luxuriously appointed Queen bedrooms, a beautifully finished bathroom with underfloor heating and separate WC, a cosy living space with wood fireplace, and a dining nook perfect for long, lazy mornings.

The functional kitchenette is equipped with SMEG appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine - everything you need for a slow start before a day of wine and wandering. The iconic Heifer Station Cellar Door is just over the paddock, and the property is a quick 10 minute drive into town.

With views to the north of Gaanha Bula-Mount Canobolas, the alfresco living space and wooden deck opens to sprawling vineyard vistas, with Weber BBQ facilities, ambient festoon lighting, and a sandstone firepit ready for golden hours that stretch long into the night.

Pour a glass of Heifer Station’s award-winning single-vineyard wine, snuggle in close, and watch the sun melt over the rolling hills. This is vineyard living - comfortable, indulgent, and all yours.

THE LOCATION
You could not be in a more perfect spot to enjoy Orange and everything it has to offer! The award winning Heifer Station Winery is just a short 2 minute drive away, whilst the CBD of Orange is only 10 minutes away, where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, shopping, bars, parks and more.

Many of our other great cellar doors and vineyards are as close as 10 minutes by car.

This unique guide is designed to provide you with all the essential information you need to effortlessly access and fully enjoy your property. Plus, you can easily request an early check-in, late checkout, firewood, and explore other ways to enhance your stay with us.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Orange is a beautiful city distinguished by its gorgeous tree-lined streets, charming heritage houses and fresh local produce. Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running, hot-air ballooning and poetry along with regular farmers markets and much more.
Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.

- There is a flight of stairs to reach both bedrooms so please do be aware of this when booking.
- Not suitable for children under 8 years of age. Please be aware of this when booking.
- Family cat may come scratching on the door, guests can choose to welcome her or ignore her.
-The owners do live next door in the large white home.
-Please note that the home next door is occupied.

Fireplace: this property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
