Garden by the sea - One-bedroom apartment with swimming pool and large garden

A modern and fully equipped two-room apartment surrounded by a really big garden. All just a few dozen meters from the condominium pool and a few hundred from the sea, The Giardino al Mare vacation home offers a maximum of four people a complete welcome, in the setting of Borghetto Santo Spirito, overlooking the western Ligurian Sea.

The Spaces
Giardino al Mare is a 40 m2 apartment divided into two rooms and located on the ground floor of a newly built condominium (it is from 2024), in Borghetto Santo Spirito, 600 meters from the sea: always a great advantage for those who want to enjoy a vacation free from the slavery of the car (and the search for parking). The car - if desired - can safely be forgotten for the duration of the stay in the reserved parking space in the condominium parking lot.
Its merits, however, are also others: in addition to its location and in addition to being new even in its furnishings and supplies, one must in fact consider the presence of the private garden that surrounds the apartment. It is almost 200 meters of lawn kept in English style, equipped with deck chairs and hosting at the center a shady pergola under which there is a large dining table: ideal for outdoor dining.
From the garden, through a small gate, one then reaches the communal swimming pool, which is open during the days of the summer months to apartment guests (swimming cap required). It is also interesting to note that to access the house and the garden there are no steps (however, you have to descend some to get from the garden to the pool).
Inside, the rooms are bright, the furnishings are modern: clean and linear. The entrance leads immediately into the living room with a kitchen on the wall where there is also a sofa (which can be transformed into an additional double bed if necessary), placed in front of the television. The dining table has an intelligent structure that allows it to be bound to form a console, to be placed against the wall to save space. Moreover, having the living room a large French window that opens exactly onto the pergola with the outdoor dining table, it is easy to think that in the summer months the dining room becomes the entire garden.
Inside, the rooms are bright, the furnishings are modern: clean and linear. The entrance leads immediately into the living room with a wall kitchen where there is also a sofa (which can be transformed into an additional double bed if necessary), placed in front of the television.
The wall kitchen is equipped with everything you need: induction hobs, oven, fridge with freezer, compartments and dishes.
A small hallway then leads to the bathroom, located on the left, and to the bedroom. The first, covered in dove-grey stoneware, has a complete set of sanitary ware (sink, toilet and bidet) and a walk-in shower. The second, bright and welcoming, offers a double bed and a wall wardrobe with mirrored doors. Here too, the French window opens onto the garden.

The Giardino al Mare apartment is fully air-conditioned, all its rooms enjoy excellent natural light and obviously all the windows are equipped with shutters operated by electric motors. Wi-Fi is present and available in the house. The reserved parking in the condominium lot is a few steps from the entrance.
