Chic space in a great place
Boston is wonderful and this space was in a great location right in the campus of Berklee. The hotel was quiet and chic and ain a safe area walking distance to everything ( if you like walking)
Mini fridge is in the room. Nice barrier free shower.
The location of the property was perfect for my stay, Almost everything that I was interested in was within walking distance. Th room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious with plenty of hot water and I controlled the heating/ai conditioning. The slight negative was that the garbage truck arrived between 4 and 5 a.m. almost every night I slept there.
They had ear plugs sitting on the nightstand….kind of chuckled and then understood when the garbage truck came about 0530.
Spacious room. Could easily upgrade to a king size bed.
Specifically asked about a hair dryer. Was told that unit had one; but never found it. Luckily brought one from home; but if I hadn’t there is a Target within walking distance.
Decore doesn’t match the architecture; but it’s fun!
Overall highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if ever back in Boston.

I had such a wonderful time staying at this property. I happen to stumble upon it while looking for places to stay and thought the virtual assistant, check-in desk and being close to all the touristy things I wanted to do while I was in town for a work trip could not have gone better. This place will exceed your expectations! I cannot wait to stay there in the future.
The room we were given was not the one listed for our reservation. We reserved a second floor room away from the alley and street. Instead were given 1st floor accessible room (which we did not need) and it was on the alley and near equipment that kept us up at night. They left ear plugs in the room, which I have never had before. Sent them two messages about the room switch and they never responded. Poor customer service!
The reason I gave this property a lower review it's because of the $85 up charge that I have to admit I didn't notice when I booked. I chose this because it was near Lansdowne train station and yet good location by the Boston conservatory. When I got there there's no name or markings on the door at all which is a little unnerving in a city. I have to call the office to confirm I was standing at the right door. There's absolutely no amenities. You walk into a nice living room type Lobby because I think this is once an apartment building. The rooms are tiny I mean prison cell tiny and very new and clean but I'm glad my husband didn't join me cuz he's a big guy this would have been awful we probably would have had to leave that's how small it was. Bathroom very tiny also. Tiny little window. This is going to sound like a strange complaint but someone should teach the maids how to make a bed. The bed was wrapped as tight as a straight jacket it was impossible practically to get in the sheets and they didn't go all the way up to your chest so I am so uncomfortable all night and I could have taken it all apart and made the bed myself but I was be darned if I was going to do that one in the morning. So I still don't understand what the up charge is for. It's not honest if they want to charge more rent than they should just do that.
No one works here. Don't plan on any flexibility with 4pm check in and 11am check out times. You can't leave your bags there, you can't get in until the code works. And there is no one to communicate with. They clearly want to lower expenses at the cost of the experience.
Luckily the cleaning staff does a great job and tries their best to compensate for the cluster that the inflexible policies create.
This could definitely be advertised more accurately.
