Boasting three immaculately decorated bedrooms, two pristine bathrooms with modern amenities, a state-of-the-art kitchen that leaves no culinary desire unfulfilled, and a spacious common area that invites relaxation and entertainment. Our property is nestled in a prime location, being just a leisurely stroll away from your desired destination. The promise of tranquillity paired with effortless accessibility makes it the perfect stay. Here, we don`t simply offer a place to stay; we offer a refined living experience where comfort meets convenience in a memorable way.
Please let me know if you plan to use the space for a party (approval may vary depending on the type of party and expected guests).

Please message me about pets to get pre-approval. The pet must be house trained and not expected to scratch the floors.

1. Entrance: I will give you guest access to the front entrance via an app. When first arriving, please message or text me 10 minutes prior to entering, and I will unlock the door remotely. I will give you a specialized code to unlock the front door to the condo.
 My neighbors have asked that guests please NOT buzz them to get into the apartment.
2. Exit: By the front entrance: lock the (i) condo door using the code and pressing the lock button, and (ii) lock the exterior door using the app .Please do NOT lock the front exterior doors manually or else you will lock yourself out as there is no physical key.
o Since the front entrance is common space, I need to be respectful of the two other families in the building. We (i) always leave the exterior exterior door unlocked so we can receive packages, and (ii) lock the interior exterior door using the app August.
o Therefore, if you choose to leave out of the front door, you need to let me know timely so I can lock the door remotely. If you lock the door, our remote lock/unlock will not work.
3. Please do not run the dishwasher, I will clean the dishes for you.
4. Do not set the thermostat lower than 67°F to ensure the HVAC system runs optimally and does not freeze or thaw.
5. 🔞 Age Requirement: 18+ to book, government ID required.
6. 🚭 No Smoking, Drugs, or Vaping: Prohibited inside and outside the property; $250 fine for violation
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Franklin Park Zoo. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the apartment.
