Nice hotel, convenient location, proximity to the airport, railway station and downtown Boston. Publuc transportation is available as well. The rooms were clean, and the check-in went smoothly. We have stayed at this hotel before, and always had a good experience.

Biggest problem, obviously not advertised, is the Boston commuter line literally adjacent to the hotel, making your room rumble every 5-10 minutes. And it’s simply impossible to open any windows. Next is the exorbitant price of parking. And last is the limited food options with decent yet skimpy breakfast. If you’re looking for a quiet, restful stay, I’d suggest you pass.

Nice property (expensive parking)

Nice new property convenient to public transport and local Brookline nightlife. Biggest beef: $45/night charge for self parking in an outdoor lot that was poorly snow plowed.

Great new hotel and I love the location because there is not much else in the area. Very easy to book. Great front desk staff. It is on the other side of the T so it can be a tad noisy, depending on which way your room is facing. And the bar was a bit of a disappointment very very expensive. But overall, I would recommend and I will return!

The room was very clean and smelled very clean. We were above the train tracks so that was a bit annoying every few hours but not awful. The hallway in the lobby had a musty smell but I think it was flooded. Overall very good accommodations, check in was also very quick.
