Pur party of 3 couples really enjoyed this cute little unit. We loved the layout and the space. Very clean and small homey details appreciated. Loved the pdf of the house information. Thanks for the information about the train to and from Boston. That helped a lot. Location was perfect in Braintree. Will recommend this place to orher friends. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect location for bnb, very clean, quiet and cute. There is no washer n dryer due to limited space, does need extra towels for bigger family. We could not write in the guest book, too full. Thank you for letting our family stay at your beautiful house!

Great spot.

Great spot with easy walking into downtown braintree. About a mile from the red line to take you into downtown boston. Owners were very responsive. Would stay here again

A few issues with this house

Nice house with a few issues. Did not know we had washer/dryer use until the last day. So if you consider this house ask the girls if that is an option. I left the owners other issues that hopefully get addressed.

This adorable place had everything we needed to stay for the week we were there. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants nearby and a short drive to Boston. As long as there’s no traffic.

Sports Weekend

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The property was in the perfect location to attend sporting events at Gillette Stadium and Fenway Park. The space was comfortable, clean and welcoming for two families of 3. We appreciated the thoughtful surprises of coffee k-cups, chocolates on the beds and luxurious bath products. We would abdolutely stay here again!

Great location

Was in town to for some high school hockey events. The location was great! Central to all of the rinks, walkable to downtown for food and to get out of the house, the parking was awesome for my friend who drove, and public transportation was easy and close for my travel to/from the airport. Super clean, was nice having two bathrooms and really quiet neighborhood! It was just perfect for the long weekend! Hosts were quick to answer questions and the check in guide was awesome!

Time in Boston

Nice, comfortable stay with easy access to Boston

Our family enjoyed our five nights at this home. Everything is as pictured and described. We had easy driving access into Boston, Plymouth, Portland, Lexington and Concord. The beds and living room sofas were very comfortable, and our teens all had the space and privacy they needed. The kitchen was spacious and pretty well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. We appreciated the safe and quiet neighborhood. The window A/C units worked very well to keep us all cool and comfortable. No issues at all, and we would not hesitate to stay here in the future! Thank you.
