Bolder Boulder stay

Great location to walk to start of 10K and also from the end. Staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was simple but clean and comfortable 🙂

Overall the his Inn was fine for my purpose. Price was good. Location was ideal for my destination. Room was clean and spacious. Surrounding area was a bit noisy TV was not working properly and needed pass code that staff did not know how to provide.

Updated motel in great location

Location great. Just a few blocks from Pearl. Looks like a classic motel, but it has been totally updated so rooms are like a good hotel's.

Overpriced for a budget caliber hotel. But such is Boulder. Clean, ok beds, and nice shower. Worth it for the location! Can walk to downtown or “the hill”. Great to have the microwave and mini frig. We were ok with it, but noise sensitive folks may not prefer, as sits right on Broadway, a busy road. Does quiet down in the wee hours.

This property is old, but it's well maintained. We asked for a quiet room and got one. It is definitely no frills. The location couldn't be better for us. We stayed 3 nights for a conference on campus and didn't have to use our car until we checked out. There are plenty of good restaurants on Walnut and Pearl streets, which we could walk to. If we had to complain, we would about the washcloths which are rough on the skin, and the shower gel which didn't lather well. We will return.
