L'hôtel est bien, avec un emplacement idéal au pied d'un grand parc pour de belles balades. Parking sécurisé et personnel en général agréable et sympa. Toutefois, si vous venez pour travailler et avez le besoin de laisser votre chien seul le temps du travail, je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel. L'un des membres du personnel affirme qu'il est "prohibé de laisser le chien seul dans la chambre dans la journée et c'est le cas de tous les hôtels". Par peur des dégradations et nuisances possibles. Ce qui n'était pas le cas pour mon chien. Aucune plainte n'a été faite. De plus, un autre commentaire a été fait sur le fait que nous DEVONS libérer la chambre pour le nettoyage au milieu du séjour. Un autre hôtel à proximité à été ravi de nous accueillir, sans aucun problème pour mon chien de rester seul dans la chambre. D'ailleurs c'était aussi le cas d'une dizaine d'autres hôtels à Valence que j'ai appelé pour vérifier les dires du personnel. Ce pourquoi, j'ai décidé de ne pas prolonger mon séjour au près de cet hôtel qui accepte les chiens mais pas totalement. Je ne tolère pas qu'on me gâche mon séjour en mettant la pression sans aucune raison valable.

Chère Madame,L'ensemble de l'équipe vous souhaite une très bonne année 2024.Nous sommes ravis que la localisation de l'hôtel ainsi que nos équipements aient favorablement répondu à vos attentes et nous respectons votre décision de ne pas prolonger votre séjour.Toutefois, il nous semble important de revenir sur le point que vous souligner.Il revient à la direction de chaque hôtel de "prohiber" ou non la présence de tout animal de compagnie en chambre. Il s'agit en premier lieu d'une question de sécurité et de confort pour votre animal de compagnie. Si nous devons intervenir en chambre (réparations, maintenances, ménage…), nous devons pouvoir le faire en toute sécurité, sans risque de surprendre ou effrayer votre animal, qui dans un mouvement de surprise pourrait s'en prendre à notre personnel.Il en va de même si nous devons évacuer l'établissement, nous ne voudrions oublier personne dans les chambres.De plus, un animal de compagnie a des besoins qui, s'ils ne sont pas comblés, peuvent entrainer dégradations et nuisances qui peuvent être limiter ou éviter grâce à l'intervention d'une équipe de ménage en milieu de séjour.Nous n'avons en aucun cas cherché à vous mettre une quelconque pression, ni à gâcher votre séjour.Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension et nous restons à votre disposition pour tout complément d'information.Bien cordialement,
