Two-room apartment with sleeping alcove for 6 people, 40m², located on the 11th floor of the Nova 3 residence, close to the slopes and shops, southwest-facing with a balcony.
Living room with two 80cm sofa beds and a TV.
Bedroom with one 160cm double bed.
Alcove with two 80cm bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6).
Kitchen with two ceramic hobs, mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a filter coffee maker + a Nespresso machine.
Bathroom and separate WC.
Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.
Pets not allowed.
No smoking.
