I love it here! The staff are excellent, especially Henry and the lady on reception in the evening. I get to join in with the yoga class too. Room 8 was lovely. The icing on the cake would be to have an electric car charger

overnight stay

Property was set on a golf course with a private gym and pool and a small bar and restaurant. Staff were all very welcoming, polite and courteous, room was clean with very large comfortable bed and modern fitted bathroom with great shower. Food and drinks very reasonably priced and good quality. Breakfast was the same. Walk to town centre is approx 20mins but a bit hilly if you are not agile. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were definitely not as nice as suggested on the Expedia app. Very strange set up. Bathroom was tiny and quite a lot of noise from room above. Twin room smelt of smoke despite being non-smoking rooms. Pool and gym were nice. Great breakfast.? Check in was very slow. Overall rather overpriced for what we got.

Loved the facilities, the pool, jacuzzi & steam room. I deducted one star was because the pool was shut for one of the days i stayed & the lodge is totally cashless, though the staff were very understanding that i only had cash on the first day & waited to take the room deposit. Friendly & helpful staff, with a lovely housekeeper who was especially generous with the biscuits & hot chocolate! Would definitely stay again.

I love it here! The staff are fantastic and so friendly. I always join the yoga class which is great. I love everything about this hotel and always look to stay when working in the area

Poor food but nice views

The hotel carpet was ripped and stained. The bar was out of action on the Saturday due to a leaving function. This was not explained during booking or check in. The bar manager told me on the friday not to come over on the Saturday.the breakfast was under cooked sausage raw and eggs still clear runny white. Never got to try the facilities as Saturday i sent in the room beeing ill left Saturday evening a day day early.

Lovely place to stay. Gym facilities and pool available to use free of charge and also fitness classes able to access (IF availability - pre book when booking!). Cold in my end of terrace lodge on 2nd night of stay when went down to 2 degrees C. (But sadly suspect this would've been case wherever I'd stayed).

The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was not opposite the bed so it was difficult to watch. There are no electric plugs besides the beds. The breakfast was good but there was an extra charge for cappuccino..the hotel is similar to a motel. Great for gym, pool or golf enthusiasts. The bar closes at 9pm.

Absolutely first class - excellent spa and pool, nice cafe and excellent menu, lovely staff, lodge was clean, tidy, firm beds and a simple 8 minute walk through the back into the centre of Bournemouth. Will definitely book again - very highly recommend
