Our 4 Cottages

Each of our cottages has been designed to guarantee total autonomy while offering optimal comfort. Here is the detailed composition of each cottage:

Cottage Rouffignac (2-4 people)

• Spacious living room , kitchen and dining area
• 1 bedroom with king-size bed , sofa bed, 1 bathroom and 1 WC
• Private terrace, accessible on one level for maximum comfort
• Ideal for 2 to 4 people

Cottage Monbazillac (4-6 people)

• Living room , kitchen , dining area and fireplace
• 2 bedrooms: 1 with king-size bed , the other with 2 single beds
• 1 bathroom , 1 WC
• Private terrace for moments of relaxation outdoors
• Suitable for 4 to 6 people

Lascaux Cottage (6-8 people)

• Living room , kitchen , dining area , wood stove
• 3 bedrooms: 1 with king-size bed and 4 single beds
• 2 bathrooms , 2 toilets
• Private terrace
• Two bedrooms located on the ground floor, ideal for easy access
• Suitable for 6 to 8 people

Cottage Brantôme (4 people)

• Living room , kitchen , dining area
• 2 bedrooms: 1 with king-size bed and 1 with 2 single beds
• 1 bathroom , 1 toilet
• Private terrace to enjoy the outdoor spaces
• Suitable for 4 people

Comfort Equipment

All our cottages are equipped with a full kitchen (oven, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher), as well as practical equipment such as iron, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and more, to guarantee you a stay combining comfort and autonomy. Also take advantage of the outdoor facilities, including deckchairs , parasols , barbecue , and outdoor furniture for friendly moments with family or friends.

Additional Services

In order to guarantee a quality experience, we provide you with the following services:

• Baby beds , as well as all the necessary comfort (sheets included), on request, so that your little ones can enjoy a pleasant stay with complete peace of mind.
• Electricity meter readings at the entrance and exit of the cottages, with billing at cost price for consumption.

Bed and bathroom linen

We offer luxurious quality linen, to ensure optimal comfort during your stay:

• Bed linen : €15 per single bed, €30 per double bed
• Toiletries set : €10 per person
  Our team takes care of carefully making the beds so that your arrival is perfect.

Outdoor Activities and Relaxation

The Domaine de Monciaux is equipped with quality outdoor facilities for moments of pleasure in the open air:

• Swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 30th, heating possible on request)
• Countryside tennis court , for matches in an authentic setting
• Trampoline , ping-pong table , children's play area with slide and swings
• Petanque ground , volleyball area for moments of active relaxation

Practical Information

• There The swimming pool is open from the end of April to the end of September, and can be heated on request at cost price.
• We do not provide pool towels , tennis rackets , or wood for fireplaces . However, we can put you in touch with a lumberjack for wood delivery.
