I had a wonderful stay overall. The amenities were well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. On top of that, the overall atmosphere of the place was calm and pleasant, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy the stay.

The entire house is dirty and you need to make sure you wash the dishes before using. The ants are in the the upstairs, the main floor, especially in the three season room and the kitchen. The basement is free of vermin, but is dirty. Never cleaned. The soap dispenser in the shower non stop leaks. The toilet has not been cleaned at least for three months, there are photos. Along with photos of the dust and dirt on the furniture and the vents. There was also an entry point on the second floor, where a 3 foot black northern rat snake came in... we removed it solo, because it was no venomous and since the ants, there were chigger bites and overly tall grass. Not appropriately removed garbage, bc "Juneteenth" and wood stored inappropriately on a wooden fence. Chiggers live in poor maintained areas, like this.

The location of the property and the check in and out procedures were easy. However, the pictures of the property appeared to be over 15 years old, from when the property was last listed for sale. The property itself is very dated and worn with a broken pool later, ripped screens on the screened in porch, etc. the bigger issue though was that while the beds and the area rugs appeared clean, the bathrooms, floors, walls, etc were all so dirty that we DoorDashed cleaning supplies. Overall our stay was fine and we would stay agin if need be, but I would not recommend.
