VetteCity Hotel was a decent place to stay. Staff was friendly, pool and hot tub was nice. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the beds. They were very hard and uncomfortable. For that reason alone, we would probably stay elsewhere when in the area again. But everything else was fine.

My experience in this hotel was not great. It is very dated, but to be fair it is relatively clean for its age. Check in was easy, they gave me a 2nd floor room and directed me where to park and what door to enter. You'll immediately notice the walkways are hot and muggy. Next, after some walking and looking I noticed there was no elevator. If you like carrying luggage upstairs, this will excite you! Room was nice and cool which was a nice suprise. Soft pillows, but beds are very firm. Really firm! I go to get Ice and the machine is not functional. 2nd machine I found, not functional either. Went to the front desk where they directed me to one that worked. It was rigged with a small bolt to push instead of and actual button, but whatever, I got ice. My final disappointment was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. I didn't bring and started looking around. Found it on the sink. Shampoo, Conditioner and lotion all small disposable bottles, perfect! Except the were used, half full and dirty. Maybe this hotel refills them? It was quite dissapointing seeing the "vette" name and logo type image as this place does not represent anything "vette" quality or image. This place is a Pinto. Good enough, but no thank you.

Was just an overnight. Weve stayed at this location numerous times under different names. For the price its excellent. The improvements over the 12 years weve stayed are phenomenal. The pics on the website are not reminiscent of the rooms. The descriptions as in the meals also not 100% accurate. The stay was pleasant and the staff very helpful and friendly

The staff were very polite and accommodating. Close to shopping and restaurants. The pool area was nice. The motel is dated and has been well visited. Needs some better repair work, carpets in hall are dingy, mattress could use some upgrade and the blankets but for the price it’s really not a bad place to lay your head for a night or two.

The Vette hotel

We got to our hotel at 9:50 pm and was told we could not get in the hot tub past 10 pm. Then we ask what times does it open in the AM and was told 10 AM, knowing we had to check -out at 11 AM. So we never got to use the hot tub and with having 4 back surgeries it would have been nice before bed to at least get in for 30 min. They would not bend the rules. We had to park around back in the dark. “We” as in two ladies only. The hallway to our room was dark. Hard to see. Front desk associates were nice. Room was clean no bed bugs,,yes we checked! More than likely will not be back.
