Summary:

Escape to The Pavilions at Pearl Beach, a luxurious modern villa perfect for families and groups. This stunning property boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and multiple living areas, including a chef's kitchen and cozy fireplace. Nestled in a private oasis surrounded by native bush, it's just steps from the tranquil Pearl Beach. Enjoy ample space and modern amenities for a memorable getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach, Australia.



The Space:

Pavilion 1 offers a seamless open-plan design, integrating the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas for an ideal entertaining experience. It extends to an outdoor covered dining and BBQ space, complete with comfortable daybeds, offering a tranquil view of the native bushland. Pavilion 2 features the master bedroom, a guest room, and a bunk room with 4 single bunk beds, alongside a bathroom and laundry facilities. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite. Pavilion 3, located on the ground floor, features two spacious bedrooms opening directly to the backyard: a king bedroom with a desk, perfect for remote work, and a queen bedroom with a daybed. This pavilion also houses a large bathroom and laundry facilities and connects to Pavilion 1 via an external staircase accessible from the balcony.



Guest Access:

electronic key pad - a code will be send to your phone the morning of check in. There are 2 additional sets of keys for the pavilion guests in Pavilion 1.



The Neighborhood:

Coastal bush, quiet narrow leafy streets. Pearl Beach is very quiet with just one cafe and restaurant.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed but only on approval and are not permitted to roam the area.

All bookings will require to provide government issued ID and valid credit card for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.



The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver



All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000. A fee of $59 will be automatically included in booking folio.

We do not need to take a security deposit from you.

Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.

absolutely fabulous

the house was perfect for our large family group of 12, plenty of space so you didn't feel like you were on top of one another. the outlook was very private and peaceful and a great position close to the beach. we love Pearl Beach and will definitely be back.

A great house in a wonderful suburb

Pearl Beach is a great spot for a relaxing weekend. A unique house with kitchen and dining and balcony, all as one big room / area. Then there are seperate bedroom buildings, with one housing a laundry. It works well if you are away as a group and people want to hit the hay, whilst others want to stay up and chat. Very effective. Carla is fantastic, you couldn't ask more from a host.

Ideal Family Reunion

We loved this home so much that we’ve already rebooked it for next year! The layout of the 3 sections was perfect for our large family group of 16 including 6 children. 2 dishwashers, an incredibly well stocked chefs kitchen, plenty of communal space and games and puzzles galore made our stay truly blissful and memorable. Can’t wait until next year.

Amazing stay - can’t recommend enough

13 of us stayed at this house and had an amazing time. The place was large, slept all of us comfortably and had a big living/dining/kitchen area as well as a huge backyard. With a very quick walk to the beach the place has everything you want if you want to stay in or go out for the day. We cooked all of our meals there for 5 days - has a great kitchen facility. Host immediately assisted us when we had an issue with the code for the door (thanks Carla!) Can’t recommend this enough, we will be back!

Pearl Beach tranquil paradise

Bushland perfection, with Echidnas and birdlife adding to our 80th birthday celebration. Really well equipped kitchen and very comfortable stay with ample space for our family get to together. Loved it.

Great for big families

We loved this property because of the long dining table, big lounge area and big deck - enough to fit our large family. The kitchen was excellent, so well equipped with even two dishwashers. And the garden setting was very calming.

Beautiful house for a large group

We had an absolutely lovely time at the house. The living room, kitchen and terrace are perfect communal spaces for a larger group and the rooms are nicely spread out so it doesn’t feel crammed. The attention to detail in equipment and interior is outstanding, even toys, dvds and books are available. Carla was an amazing host and she was always quick to respond and very accomodating.
