I love its proximity to the many shops and restaurants downtown. My favorite of all the different “bird” properties. Thoughtful design, clean, well appointed and easy to hit Main Street right from the room

I love the uniqueness and style of this property. Great staff and great location. I love the coffee and tea service and popcorn, sparkling water, outside fireplace, smores, and breakfast snacks. I'll be back!

Poor parking and overpriced for the value

Positives: Location, interiors, and cleanliness are good. Downside: No onsite fitness (have to walk four blocks to a partnering gym), no roomservice or breakfast with room, and most of all, there are only a few parking spots, and if one is available, you have to pay a $30/night fee. Otherwise you park about 3-4 blocks away in a lot or street parking. Overall, too pricy for what you get. Our friends stayed at The Element the same night and their room rate was $20 less. Going there next time...
