When you walk in you are greeted by a well appointed living room with incredible views. There is wifi, apple tv, and sonos speakers. There are 8 beds and the house sleeps 12 people comfortably. Home is located in the gated community of OakShores with a pool, mini golf, playground, and game area. 10 adults 16 and older maximum. $25 per day watercraft fee to bring in the community, first 2 cars are free, $15/night for additional vehicles.

Oak Shores only allows a MAXIMUM OF 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance can be made up of children under 16.
Additional charges 10.5% transient tax includes TMD tax. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed addition fees apply. Pet Fee $150+tax
Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to park in over flow parking with a fee.

Great if you can follow all of their rules. Nice place with Bad Leadership in the Association.

This community is insanely strict. Fortunately we were able to follow all the rules without too much trouble. Although we literally had to leave an EMPTY SPACE in our driveway and park one of our car MILES AWAY in overflow. We got threatened at least 6 times. You'll be fined $400 for this or $150 for that. One of our group has a handicapped placard, so we pulled up close to the doc next to where the locals had their trucks, just to drop her off and we got scared off with a threat of a fine. The woman at the front gate was insanely rude. The place is so beautiful its still just barely worth it. But sure is a bad vibe for a vacation. We managed to get along without any fines or breaking any rules but it sure was like walking a tight rope. I'll probably go back just because its so beautiful but I sure wish these people would learn to be nice to guests. Being jerks and the constant threat of fines is an IMMATURE, UNSOPHISTICATED, SOPHMORIC way to run your community. Some very bad culture in that association. Very unfortunate. Read some books on leadership people. There are way better ways to get people to play by the rules. I get it, you want a clean and orderly community and that's great. Your rules are mostly very logical. But you can achieve that without being crappy human beings, threatening constantly with fines etc. Just Saying. The house we stayed in was beautiful. Access to the lake amazing! Highly recommended if you don't mind the bad vibe.

Naci lakehouse

We rented this property for a long weekend family get-together. The house was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was good sized for preparing family dinners and had lots of storage and well stocked with supplies. We had dinner on the beautiful deck every nite and enjoyed the outdoor living space. The location was absolutely the best as we were traveling with my 22 month old grand daughter and when it was nap time it was an easy jaunt up the road for someone to head back to house for her nap. We’ve stayed in bigger houses at Lake Naci but this one can’t be beat as far as proximity to the lake.

Beautiful and Roomy

We all loved this modern, spacious, and comfortable house. We spent all of our time on the deck when we weren't at the day camp on the lake. There was more than enough seating for all 12 of us. The kitchen had just about everything except for enough pans. We enjoyed the view of the lake and deer walking through the property. The kids loved swimming at the daycamp close to the West ramp where we set up canapes, and kept our boat in the slip nearby. It was all very convenient, being only about 1/4 mile away from the house.

Beautiful & spacious home with excellent outdoor space

Our family of four stayed in this home with another family of 5. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. Our favorite part of the home was the deck that has beautiful views and is wonderfully furnished. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, 1 queen bedroom, and a bunk room with twin over full and a triple decker twin. One odd thing is that one of the rooms with a king bed is only accessible by walking through the bunk room. The carpet could use a good cleaning but other than that, the unit was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Judy was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had while visiting. We would definitely stay here again.
