We arrived Friday night. Saturday morning breakfast buffet was very simple, not even as good as a Holiday Inn Express and was 21.95 per person. There was a big dance conference at the hotel this weekend so even though it is off-season the hotel was very full. The bar that evening had no wait staff, just a bartender and a bar back. The bar was packed. On Sunday housekeeping didn’t clean our room. After 2 inquiries with the front desk we ended up coming down to get toilet paper. The entire experience was terrible. They know the hotel is full so how can they not staff appropriately.

Nice big room since we needed a pullout couch also. LOVED the 2nd sink. That was such an amazing feature. So often when we travel we wish the sink was at least outside the bathroom, but to have two was fantastic with multiple girls getting ready. Staff were all so friendly and so nice to have bellmen take load/unload luggage from car and into the room. We always love staying at the Chateau. Dance convention this time but we've enjoyed staying there just for fun also. The movie theatre is always a special treat. Love the west shop for salads and sandwiches for lunch, drinks, ice cream. Beautiful courtyard. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pricing of the stay is not completely transparent per the Expedia listing. Check their official website for resort fees and parking rates, as parking was 80% more than expected during the stay. Other than that, the experience was great. The lobby was festive during the Christmas season, which was enjoyable. The staff was kind and completely accommodating. The room and amenities were as great as expected.

After being put in a back corner handicap-accessible room, we complained. (they said that's how we reserved it on Hotels.com. NOT) We ended up in a top-floor suite. Amazing! We have always loved this lobby as it has a full waterfall in the center of the hotel with the rooms all facing it! Plus, the Christmas decorations were beautiful! However, we were highly disappointed that the library bar was closed. BOOHISS!

The views are wonderful. So many opportunities to relax in common areas by running water or the big fireplace. The room was large and comfortable. This hotel is a classic.

Everything was priced excessive. Was charged resort fees yet pool and hot tub was closed our entire stay. No other amenities were available. Spa fees were very high priced. Room /bed comfort was not as specked for price paid. Front Desk attendant was condescending when we had an unexpected issue with our CC. We were not made to feel welcomed which ruined the experience of our first anniversary.

The resort was beautiful! We had dinner at the restaurant inside, and it was spectacular. Honestly very well priced what the room we stayed in and the amenities that were on site. Only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because the pool / hot tub was shut down for the entirety of our stay. Which is not in control of anyone, things happen, I understand that. I was just really looking forward to the hot tub. During the summer time, we will for sure be back!

Very clean room, beautiful view comfy bed prices too high water was seven dollars per bottle in your room And I didn’t like that they will not let you use the cart to get your luggage out unless they do it so you have to pay , and it’s $15 to park your car or $20 to ballet but you have to do one or the other within 90 minutes of being there. Other than that, it’s nice.
