The room was quiet and immaculate. I like the no pet policy as my family has allergies. Generous breakfast choices, all you can eay, hot and fresh. Felisha was awesome. She very attentive made sure everyone was off to a great day. Will definitely be returning!!!

Friends getting together.

We felt safe and people there were friendly. We would like to see a little ramp to push our luggage up from the car instead of a step. The room was great and we enjoyed the fact that it set just a little off from the main road. Certainly will book again.

The hotel was a little rundown with an update needed. It was adequate for a night and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Another plus was they have a tram that will take you up to the show as the parking lot requires you to go up a hill to get to the building that the show is in.

Like many hotels in Branson this hotel is in need of updating. It was clean, but old. Room chairs were uncomfortable and bed mattresses were horrible. Breakfast was hot, but below average. Nice people, but we won’t be staying here again.

The room was very clean and quiet. The ladies who prepared and served breakfast were very nice. Only think I did not care for was the mattress on the bed. When we stayed there before the bed was so comfortable. The mattress during our recent stay, not so good. I'm only 5 ft. 3 in. and it was so hard to get into bed. Once in bed, it was so hard to get situated because the mattress was not easy to move on. If I would have had a stepstool in my car, I would have used it. Could not sit on the side of the bed--would slide right off. So, with that said, I do not believe the mattress change to this style was a good decision. The room was very clean and never heard a sound from the surrounding area. Nice!
