The Space:

Located right on the serene shores of Lake Taneycomo, all the water-themed adventures you can handle are right at your fingertips. Rent a boat or other watercraft to spend an exciting day on the water, exploring all its hidden nooks and crannies and stopping to relax on a beach to soak up the sun. You don’t have to go far to cool off, however, as you’ll have access to an array of amenities right onsite inclusive of the sparkling outdoor pool with lounge area. The community offers barbecue grills and easy access to nearby attractions, providing both relaxation and entertainment during your stay.



Upon arrival, you’ll discover bright, inviting spaces thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection. After traveling, unwind on the plush sofa and comfortable chairs in the living room as you browse channels on the TV. Head out onto the home’s private deck to take in the stunning surroundings and plan on an al fresco meal at the dining table for 8. As you make your way back indoors, check out the open kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stunning white cabinetry, and ample counter space for preparing savory home-cooked creations or simply unpacking takeout from a local restaurant. Pull up a stool at the counter with seating for 6, or enjoy a game night at the high-top table for 4, perfect for cards, board games, or casual dining.



On days away from the lake, make sure you plan out plenty of time for the exploration of broader Branson. Across town is thrilling Silver Dollar City, great for families and adrenaline seekers alike, but closer to home is a vast selection of shows and attractions, including the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Pirate's Cove mini-golf, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede. With everything from bowling to dining to shopping just minutes away, the downtown atmosphere of Branson Landing offers no shortage of ways to fill up your days.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a full-over-full bunk bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a glass shower.



This home has an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a second-floor, walk-up unit with an elevator for guest convenience. 18 stair steps are required in an event the elevator is out of order.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Portable crib available.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.



With the lake just steps away, world-class fishing, water sports, boating, and a generally inviting family atmosphere are at your fingertips. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
