• This home is a third-floor walkup unit with 26 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 1 vehicle. Guests will be given their parking pass at the gate.

• We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

• A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Dog waste bags are provided in a courtesy basket within the home and must be used and properly disposed of when taking a dog outside.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
