This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

•Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• A washer/dryer is provided.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first serve basis. Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

• On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

• This home is a walk-in unit with 3 steps required to gain entry.

• Portable Crib is available for guest's use

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
