É furada!

Foi uma cilada. O flat particular em um hotel no qual já tinha estado antes foi uma enorme decepção. Não tinha água quente, só uma tomada funcionava adequadamente, TV com controle remoto sem funcionar, mobiliário sem conservação. Nunca mais retornarei nem mesmo ao hotel, pois é conivente com a situação que nem de Longe justifica o valor da estadia. Seguramente foi o pior quarto em que já fiquei em meus 66 anos de vida. E ainda não tem serviço de quarto, café da manhã não incluído e restaurante indisponível à noite. Qto 811.

Experiência ruim.

O quarto estava bem estragado. Tampa do vaso quebrada, cortina com falhas deixando a luminosidade entrar as 5:00 da manhã, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento. Não recomendo.

Por se tratar de um flat particular, o quarto era de um padrão inferior ao hotel. Velho e antigo. Banheiro com bidê. O chuveiro diminuía a vazão de água sozinho interferindo na temperatura.

O hotel Saint Paul é ótimo porém o flat administrado pela imobiliária Fênix não está no padrão do hotel. Vaso com assento estragado, persiana destruída, limpeza péssima e faltam utensílios de flat como copos, talheres e pratos. Definitivamente não estáxno padrão do hotel ou se enquadrada na categoria de flat. Nenhuma assistência ao usuário. Terrivel.

O flat parece que está abandonado. Edredon furado, tábua da privada quebrada , cortina quebrada, Assim que amanheceu acordamos por causa da claridade. Torneiras da pia e chuveiro funcionando mal. Toalhas de banho gastas. É visível o abandono do flat!

Cortinas persianas encontrava-se arrancadas no chao. Quarto extremamente claro. Informei na recepção e foi me dito que a persiana estava assim há muito tempo, que outros hospedes haviam reclamado, mas que eu deveria falar diretamente com o proprietário, pois era flat particular, e não da responsabilidade do hotel. Banheiro sem ducha higiênica, não condizente com as fotos mostradas. Pia da cozinha trinca ao meio. Não havia trato, ou talher ou recipiente, em que pese ser flat e ter microondas.
