O hotel em si é muito bom. Diria até excelente. Porém, a modalidade onde o apartamento é por conta do proprietário, o conforto e manutenção do apartamento é muito ruim. Tomadas com defeito, luzes queimadas. Torneira vazando. Deve-se cobrar mais dos proprietários dos flats particulares. De resto, o hotel é muito bom.

Não recomendo.

Não recomendo. No período que fiquei hospedada no quarto a cortina estava quebrada. Internet muito lenta, o quarto bate sol da manhã e era impossível dormir com a claridade. As roupas de Cama com aparência de sujas ou mal lavadas. Não tem troca de roupa de cama e nem de banho. Não tem secador de Cabelo, não nem copo para beber água. Não tem Café da manhã, ou seja um custo beneficio que realmente não valeu a pena para mim. A recepção do Hotel logo na chegada já fala que o quarto é de propriedade particular e qualquer problema é para entrar em contato com a imobiliária. Eles esquecem que a imagem do quarto reflete na imagem do hotel como um todo. Enfim, é uma experiência que não quero passar nunca mais nem no hotel e nem no quarto " Flat Particular".

Quarto razoável, peca em detalhes simples

Havia parte das persianas ausente, o que obrigava a dormir com claridade no ambiente e, pela manhã, por volta das 6 horas, o sol incidia diretamente no rosto, interrompendo o sono. Além disso, a televisão não dispunha de controle remoto e algumas tomadas apresentavam fiação exposta. Por outro lado, a cama era confortável e o chuveiro funcionava bem. De modo geral, tratam-se de detalhes aparentemente simples, mas que comprometem a experiência e deixam a impressão de que o quarto carece de maior cuidado.
