Spread over two floors, our thoughtfully designed duplex gives you plenty of room to relax and unwind:
- First Floor (Living Area):
An expansive open-concept living room that flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen and main hall. You’ll love the spacious, airy feel with high ceilings and natural light.
The living room is furnished with cozy seating, ideal for family movie nights or catching up with friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the cookware and essentials — great for preparing meals “at home.”
- Upper Floor (Sleeping Area):
Two comfortable bedrooms, each designed for rest and privacy. One is dormer-style (attic), giving it character and cozy charm.
A large, well-appointed bathroom with a generous bathtub, rain-shower combination, and elegant finishes.
From this floor, access to the terrace: a large, green terrace oriented toward a quiet inner courtyard, surrounded by mature trees. You’ll enjoy city views above the treetops, yet still breathe in the calm and silence inside the yard.
