Throw open the French doors to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, watching as the swells rise and fall with early morning surfers. Indoors you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen that’s ideal for preparing all of your favourite dishes and a lovely dining space to gather around. Settle down in front of the Smart TV in the lounge or pile into the king-size bedroom to enjoy a movie night from bed. The second bedroom is a snug bunk bedroom that children will adore. Finally, two separate bathrooms ensure that getting ready is always smooth each morning.

If you don’t fancy the beach, wander on down to the property’s shared facilities and take a dip in the heated indoor pool. The beach, however, is less than 100 metres from your doorstep. Get to know the rugged beauty of the local area with a long, rewarding walk, perhaps following the renowned South West Coast Path along to Baggy Point (2 miles) and continuing on to the fabulous coastal village of Croyde (1.5 miles).
