Tämä hyvin varustettu ylellinen 5 makuuhuone, 4 1/2 kylpyhuone, koti istuu vain 2 1/2 kävely korttelia Peak 8 Base ja todella tarjoaa walk-to-lift mukavuutta Breckenridge Ski Area. Sijaitsee yksinoikeus Boulder Ridge osa, voit nauttia ski-in pääsy kylpytynnyri kautta Boulder Ridge rasite polku ja liota päivän pelata pois. Tunnet olosi heti kotoisaksi tässä ammattimaisesti sisustettu ylellisyyttä loma-asunnot, jotka on kaikki kodin mukavuudet ja enemmän. Beautiful Home needs new furniture fireplace. Not quite working in the bedroom. A lot of spiders.Upstairs a lot of electricity When you turn on lights or try to plug in chargers.Which the owner told me if I would have told him he would have had it sprayed.But we was there on vacation did not want people in and out the whole time.We're on vacation

Great House! Great Location!

Our group of 12 absolutely loved staying at this property. The spacious home gave us plenty of room to spread out...and also the layout was perfect for congregating at the end of the day for dinner and games. Having all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was really nice for a large group. The homes location is so convenient. The short walk to Peak 8 made it nice for our large group to be able to come/go on their own schedule and gave easy access to the slopes and to apres ski at the end of the day. I also appreciated that the management company was communicative throughout the rental experience. We would definitely rent this home again!

Spacious & Clean

The home was spacious, clean and worked well for our group of 10. The area was beautiful and the hot tub was a wonderful addition. Ryan was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. The pillows could use an update so I’d recommend bringing your own if you’re able. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Incredible Home and location

Our family had an amazing stay in this huge mountain lodge home. The neighborhood is awesome and the location is perfect in Breckinridge. We had 10 of us in our party and yet the house was very spacious. The kitchen and outdoor grill were great and we had wonderful time playing games and hanging out in the huge great room. Every bedroom was huge and well decorated. Lots of nice well stocked bathrooms for everyone. The location is perfect near the base of peak 8 but still in a private beautiful mountain side setting. 5 minute walk to Peak 8 base and Gondola access plus a couple restaurants and coffee shop at Peak 8. Not to mention the really great summer activities at peak 8 including the roller coaster, lift to top, ropes course, rook wall climbing, trampoline park. All of us had a blast. Also short walk to various trails and hikes of all levels including the top of peak 8 for those up to the challenge. On our hikes just minutes from this home we saw a lot of wildlife including several Moose, not to mention incredible views of various Colorado peaks. Incredible!! With the Gondola being so close we were able to quickly get down into Breckenridge for dining and shopping as needed. The home was very clean and well managed. The manager was very responsive. We would love to stay in this home again.

Nice Property

Lovely home and convenient location. Was a little disappointed to be near so much construction of new homes being built right across the street. Very noisy all day long and very early in the mornings. Only learned of correct trash pick-up by our inquiry to property manager which was different than printed guidelines in the house. Suggest the literature be updated to include correct trash day and that no recycling can be done.

Amazing house

We loved the location and beauty of this home. We had a short walk to peak 8 and plenty of room for our group of 12. The kitchen was stocked with great cookware and appliances. The home was beautiful and had a great, open kitchen and living area.

Outstanding Property

We took the 10 members of our family here for 4 days in Breckenridge. It is very close to Peak 8 and about 1 1/2 miles to Main Street. House is very comfortable and spotless. We really enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful home- We enjoyed the huge space, hot tub and close proximity to Peak 8. We didn't realize that bedroom 5 was actually the bonus room with a pull out bed but it worked out fine. Would love to stay here again!

Family of 12 Thanksgiving Week Vacation

This home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is very large and accommodated the 12 of us. Close to peak 8. The home host, Ryan, was accommodating to our family by letting us check in an hour early. But: we did have some issues: 3 of 6 TV’s did not work (maintenance was able to get the main living TV repaired within 24 hours - the other 2 TV’s never worked during our stay); neither of the 2 fireplaces worked (maintenance was able to get living room fireplace started - instructions for guest we’re incorrect - the bedroom fireplace was not repaired during our stay); the hot tub jets did not work, hot tub maintenance was called. Not sure if repaired, did not try them again; Family room restroom toilet leaked at the floor and was not usable (maintenance repaired on day 4); Family room bath tub, drained very slow, unable to use (maintenance repaired on day 4) Maintenance gentleman worked very hard to repair our issues. It would have been nice to have extra bath towels rather than having to do laundry daily. Also, needs more washcloths. Kitchen needs more than one pot holder. Overall our family enjoy the stay.

Boulder Ridge

Great place, clean, host was responsive to a minor question. Felt a little light on some essentials like paper towel but all the basics were there. Some construction next store but wasn’t a problem. House is beautiful and everything was working. Would definitely rent again.

Great experience

We went as a large group of girls to celebrate our friend getting married. The home was very clean, large and overall worked out perfectly for us. I highly recommend and would absolutely consider renting again when I travel to Breckenridge again.
