The exquisite Grand Colorado on Peak 8 offers an amazing experience, with grand views and a true ski in/ski out experience with the chairlift directly out the door. The property has it all, everything you can imagine is available at this resort.

The 4-bedroom residence offers 2,600 square feet where each bedroom offers King beds. The thoughtful design offers one large Master suite in addition to 3 separate suite bedrooms which is ideal for families or trips with friends. When you enter the villa you will find yourself in the gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steal appliances and all the necessities to prepare meals. The kitchen island offers 4 bar stools and additional seating in the dining area that seats 8 comfortably. The living room offers extensive views and plenty of comfortable seating with sleeper sofa, overstuffed chairs, a cozy gas fireplace and state of the art entertainment center. Wall to wall windows and large balcony offers additional seating to bask in the Colorado views. Additionally, you will find the convenience of your own washer and dryer in the villa. While each bedroom has their own ensuite you will also have an additional full bath just off the main living area for a total of 5 bathrooms. This unit features a large bedroom with a king bed and flat screen television, closet and clothes bureau and luxurious private bathroom with top-of-the-line toiletries, double vanity, a glass enclosed walk-in-shower and separate soaking tub, and private room with toilet, and sliding glass door/windows out onto the units private slope-side patio/terrace with table and chairs. top-of-the-line toiletries.

The three “Suite” units are nearly identical in size and layout, each featuring a completely separate bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, built-in closets, and bureau. Each suite includes a lavish full bathroom with a shower and soaking tub, a living area equipped with a television and a queen-size pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette that comes with a microwave, sink with disposal, apartment-sized cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked with a good selection of pots, pans, plates, utensils, dish towels, and more.

Resort Details are unrivaled. The property has everything you need and would be easy to never even need to leave. However, getting into town could not be easier with the Gondola running until 5pm in addition to the convenient resort shuttle service.
