You’ll love the modern décor and the geothermal heating throughout this one-of-a-kind retreat. Relax in the rounded main living room with wall-to-wall windows to give amazing mountain views, its wood-burning stove, and a closet full of games to enjoy! Cook delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. This main living space/kitchen can be closed off via a pocket door, quietly separating it from the other family-friendly side of the house. The second living room includes a smart TV and stereo. The heated 2-car garage has a smart TV, Bluetooth music connection, darts, and a loop game. Relax on the wraparound deck or while soaking in your private hot tub.

The primary bedroom's en suite bathroom offers a double vanity, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. A guest bedroom also features an en suite.

For hiking, head to the Gold Hill Trailhead, 2 miles away, or the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve, about five miles away, where you can spot moose, elk, beavers, and nesting birds. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
A full-time tenant occupies the separate downstairs apartment. The upper decks and hot tub are reserved for your exclusive use.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
