4 BR + DEN, 4 BA YKSITYISKOTI - KUUMA TYÖ - TYYTYVÄISET ASETUKSET

Tämä neljän makuuhuoneen plus den, neljän kylpyhuoneen koti Blue Riverissä - vain muutaman minuutin päässä Breckenridgen keskustasta - tarjoaa hiljaisen ja edullisen loman perheellesi tai jopa 15-ryhmällesi. Olohuoneessa on paljon istuimia, joissa on kaksi isoa sohvaa ja kaksi mukavaa tuolia. Pitkän päiväretken jälkeen kaupungissa tai lyömällä rinteille, jokainen voi rentoutua katsomalla elokuvaa suuressa LCD-TV: ssä den. Tai pulahda sisätiloissa sijaitsevaan kylpytynnyriin!

Olohuoneesta avautuu täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa istuimet eivät ole koskaan ongelmia - pöydässä on 12 paikkaa ja baarissa kuusi muuta. Yläkerrassa on näkymät olohuoneelle, ja siinä on neljä makuuhuonetta. Master-sviitissä on king-vuode, kaasutakka ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kulma-amme ja stand-up-suihku. Siellä on myös kuningatar-sviitti, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa sänkyä ja täydellinen kylpyhuone, jossa amme ja suihku.

Kolmen auton autotalli antaa kaikille pysäköintipaikan lumesta, ja siellä on tilava mutatila ulkotarvikkeiden asettamiseen ja säilyttämiseen. Ulkona on iso kansi, joka ulottuu talon leveyteen, kaasulämmitin ja iso, aidattu piha. Muita mukavuuksia ovat pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja ilmainen Wi-Fi koko talossa.

Great for family

A terrific and beautiful setting that exceeded our expectations. The space was plentiful for our large family dining. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware for our meals. The room with the foosball table and the extra family room provided plenty of space to spread out in addition to the large living room. (If you are looking for typical high-speed Internet, then this is not the best option.)

Quiet Getaway in Breck

This property is as advertised. There was so much room for all of us to have our own quiet time. The BBQ grill is natural gas, never have to worry about running out of propane. The owners allow you to park in the 3 car garage, great perk, in my opinion. Constant communication and the check out, wait for it…..literally consisted of taking the kitchen trash to the garage and starting the dishwasher. I don’t know about you, but when on vacation and paying a cleaning fee, the last thing you want to do is 47 chores before you can check out and then possibly get dinged in your review because heaven forbid you missed something.

Awesome Stay

Had a great stay with family and friends! Definitely recommend, we had plenty of space for everyone and the location is perfect for getting to Breck Ski Resort early in the morning. Other than a gnarley snow storm that cause a power outage for a few hours, the host was very communicative and readily available for questionz. I recommend staying here for anyone and will return in the future!

We had our kids and two grandkids visiting for Christmas. Plenty of room for everyone and the location is just the right distance from the crowds at Breck! Brief problem with fireplace was quickly remedied!

Great Place to Stay in Breckenridge

We enjoyed the Lakeshore cabin for our trip to Breckenridge very much! It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was an easy and quick drive to ski or visit the Main Street area. We appreciated having plenty of space to spread out as a family and enjoyed the hot tub very much after great skiing days! The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Great stay

We had a great time staying with our family of 8. Plenty of room for everyone. It was great to have access to a 3 car garage. Kitchen was huge and had ample pots and pans…our only critique was the kitchen knives were a bit lacking and the floor in front of the fridge was very squeaky. It was a quick and easy drive to the slopes. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

Great mountain home for a large group

This beautiful and spacious house worked worked great for our group of 3 families. The kitchen and living room are huge, plus there is a private game room and parlor that can be used for hanging out or extra sleeping space. The hot tub and deck are also delightful.

Everything you could ask for

We had a wonderful stay. More than enough room for our group of 8 (we had planned on 10). We called ahead to check if the kitchen had certain items and were told if we arrived and needed anything else, they were happy to bring them over. Great living room for spending time. Hot tub is right off the house so you don’t freeze getting in/out. Cute neighborhood/hikes nearby if you want to get out for some fresh air. Will definitely be returning.

The location was great for the activities that we had booked during our stay. The size of the house was spacious for our group of 12, and check in/out was easy. The carpet was very dirty and sink was clogged in bedroom bath. No blankets for pull out couch.

Big master bedroom with king bed, fireplace plus large bathroom and walk-in closet. Two living room areas each with tv’s. Game room. Jacuzzi dry off room. Two dining tables totaling 18 chairs. Four barstools. Property manager responded quickly to questions and concerns. Only negatives were old carpet and tv channels. (No abc, cbs, nbc, ESPN live, fox, Fox News).

Perfect

The house was perfect for our family! It was close to hiking and everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of space for everyone and the big, open kitchen worked well for us. The cabinets were well stocked with dishes. The hot tub felt nice after a day of hiking and activities. Would definitely rent again. The flooring was outdated and in rough shape but that didn’t bother us since it was clean.
