580 Maple has it all - this lovely cottage is walking distance to quaint Downtown Brevard, close to Western NC's best hiking & biking, a sprawling yard for Fido to play fetch, and cozy interiors for morning coffee - all while being in one of Brevard's best neighborhoods! This home is currently undergoing a whole home remodel and will be freshly appointed upon your arrival. Our 3 bed 1 bath cottage is great for a family vacation to Sliding Rock, a weekend getaway with friends, or simply a place to rest after a long day's hike in the mountains. Pets are welcome! Downtown Brevard is home to many unique shops, delicious dining, and a mountain charm you won't find anywhere else. We know you will enjoy your stay!

The Maple Street Cottage is a Real Gem

My husband and I enjoyed three nights in this cozy cottage in Brevard. Everything was clean and easy to find and use. My husband and I enjoy mini-vacations in many of the the quaint towns of Western North Carolina, and this choice did not disappoint. This cottage is in a residential neighborhood and is a convenient driving distance to the downtown restaurants, visitor center and shops. The backyard had a great space for our Lucy Dog to explore. The yard is not completely fenced, but Lucy was content to stay in the yard and there was never traffic to worry about. This home is managed by the owner and he replied to my only text question, which was, "Who does your decorating?" He told me that his wife Jane had been in charge of the decor and the art and the fixtures and the remodeling design. It is really lovely and well done! We hope to return one day!

Perfect location

It was a great location, we could walk to the downtown. The house was very snug and cozy in a very beautiful area of North Carolina. The weather could have been nicer - it rained the whole time, but the area is gorgeous and didn't really matter.

Wonderful house and superb location

We had a wonderful stay in this absolutely charming house. Amenities were as described and the location was perfect. A ceiling fan in the front bedroom would be a nice addition as would updated mattresses in all the bedrooms.

Great stay in Brevard

We had a wonderful stay at the Maple Street cottage. It's such a cozy and comfortable home, and located on a lovely quiet street, yet within walking distance to Brevard's quaint downtown. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying again on a future visit.

Relaxing vacation

Great location to brevard downtown it’s about .7 mile.. easy and mostly flat. Wonderful neighborhood to walk in. Pet friendly home. About 15-20 minutes to Pisgah National forest where you will find good fly fishing streams, hikes and waterfalls. We will becoming back!!

Perfect location and accommodation

My family and I stayed here during spring break for a fun few days of hiking, biking, walking, and relaxing. It is well stocked and comfortable. Every room had ample space for everyone and their stuff- luggage racks etc. (that seems silly but so handy with multiple people and clothes etc) The house is within walking distance to downtown brevard and we walked it with our kids several times (.7 mile). It’s a nice quiet easy walk. The back porch and yard was really nice! Will definitely stay there again when we come back to brevard.

Cute cottage in Brevard!

We had a great stay at this property Halloween weekend. The house was very well stocked, had comfortable beds, and a nice deck to enjoy the wooded area in back. The owner was very responsive to questions and any assistance we needed. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great dog-friendly house, great location

We had a wonderful stay on Maple St! The house is just as shown. It’s clean and the kitchen has all the basics. We (especially our pup) loved the back porch with dog/kid gate. It’s a great neighborhood to walk around or into town.
