It is a complex consisting of 10 villas complete with comfort. The residence is located between Tropea and Pizzo Calabro, the most popular tourist places in Calabria, destination for thousands of tourists.
"La Gramigna Villette" extends over 1500 square meters of land, completely fenced and surrounded by the greenery and vibrant colors of nature, 600 meters away from the crystal clear sea of Punta Safò.
The house is fully equipped and can accommodate up to six people.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (side by side). It also has a living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with TV, table and chairs, coffee pod machine and every utensil needed for cooking. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and window. Finally, there is a comfortable veranda equipped with table and chairs and surrounded by greenery. Entrance to the structure and parking space for one car inside. In addition, the structure has common areas where there are several barbecues, outdoor showers, sinks, a wood-burning oven, several wooden gazebos and various sitting areas served by wifi.
Less than a kilometer away is the village of Briatico, an ancient fishing village, where in the morning you can buy good freshly caught fish directly from the boats.
The welcoming environment and the friendly service make the Villette an ideal place for families with children or groups of friends wishing to spend a quiet, fun-filled holiday.

Ottima soluzione per trascorrere una vacanza in calabria, comoda posizione per tropea e vicinanze, paese ben servito, proprietari cordiali e disponibili, appartamenti sufficientemente grandi, con ogni confort, puliti e curati.

Ottima soluzione per relax a 2 passi dal mare

La struttura è molto bella, immersa in giardini con fiori coloratissimi. Le docce esterne sono molto comode e consentono di portare sabbia all'interno della villetta. I barbecue ed i gazebo in legno in area comune sono belli e funzionali. All'interno c'è tutto quello che serve, wifi compreso. Le spiagge sono incantevoli e tutte a pochissima distanza dalle villette. Sicuramente è tutto molto più bello di quello che mi sarei aspettata e di quello che si vede dalle foto. Insomma lo consiglio a tutti. Un caloroso saluto a Santino, Rossella, sempre pronti a dispensare consigli utili. A prestissimo
