Welcome to this thoughtfully designed home. The open-concept main living area features a modern kitchen with solid-surface countertops, full-sized appliances, and everything you need to cook at home. Enjoy the dining space, cozy living room, and a sitting area perfect for games, reading, working, or relaxing. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and a bath, while the private outdoor shower and washer/dryer are available during the summer and fall months. The fire pit outside is perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.

Located just minutes from downtown Bridgton, this peaceful retreat is ideally situated for winter adventures. Pleasant Mountain is only 10 minutes away, offering hiking, skiing, and seasonal events like live music at Blizzard’s Pub. Guests can enjoy swimming and fishing on nearby access to Woods Pond or explore summer walks on surrounding trails. Downtown Bridgton offers charming shops, art galleries, antique stores, local cafés, and restaurants, while North Conway is just 30 minutes away for outlet shopping and additional winter fun.

For those who love water activities in the summer, the property offers access to a shared association dock on Woods Pond. Note there is access to Woods Pond but no overnight docking.
