• The super king bed can be split into two single beds upon request. However, this is subject to availability, as our cleaning team will need to return to the property to make the change. We kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you would prefer this arrangement, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• We have two flats of the same size in the building - great for larger groups booking both.

• No parties or events allowed.

You can add one pet to your booking without prior approval, but please drop us a message with a little more info, or if you'd like to discuss bringing a second pet! A £50 fee applies per pet, per stay and will be collected separately after booking. Pet House Rules apply.
