We often stay here when we go to Brighton. You have your own little kitchen, the staff are always super friendly, breakfast is included (lots of choice at breakfast as well) and there breakfast area is available for you to work at with tea/coffee throughout the day. It's close to the station and to town. Our go to!

This is such a lovely hotel, in a really good location. It has the facilities of a hotel but allows the freedom of an apartment. A full kitchen - with dishwasher - in the room. A dining area and a large TV, in addition to a good sized bathroom and excellent bed. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good range of food, we preferred the continental but there were some hot choices. There’s a lovely games room, a small gym and a good sized on site laundry for customers as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stay was okay, however room quite cold, thermostat would not go above 24, the room definitely did not get to this temperature, and no heat in bathroom. No decent coffee in room or water., basic things really that were not available. No aps on smart TV which was disappointing. Although comfortable a very basic place. Great stay..welcoming reception and good service throughout. Happy with room, clean, kitchenette very handy. Lovely breakfast (hot,cold and drinks)..very good choice. Would stay again. The pillows were not the best.
