We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and quiet as we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportations. You need the room key to get into the property which made us feel safe. Staff was always there to help.

Staff on arrival although nice had no personality and did not communicate well upon check-in. We arrived 20mins before 3pm and still were given no communication that our room was ready.
