We stayed in a ground floor unit that felt like it was underground as the balcony was surrounded by a roof height retaining wall. Mobile phone reception was very compromised due to extensive concrete surrounds. Unit was functional however the air conditioning was an old system (not an inverter) so cut in and out all night. Most likely wouldn’t return primarily because of air conditioning.

Yes the kitchen was awesome, washing and dryer were very handy, the view from the balcony was awesome. The only down fall we had was our room got service on our second stay to which we did not get the towel, face cloth, or bath mat replaced but other than that enjoyed our stay, thankyou to the staff .

Our apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was noisy though as we faced the road. We did have a view of the mountains and partial view from the balcony of the Brisbane River. As we were relying on public transport it was an ideal location, so close to the railway line and the Cats on the Brisbane River.

The service at Cosmo was fantastic. Very helpful and made me feel like I was a regular. I will be moving forward. The apartment was very comfortable, and the sauna is also a major plus.

Great location, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom spacious and balcony. Right by the river and boats into the city. Shops around. Gym very basic so dont count on it. Sauna a good extra. Easy to geab teas, towels and toiletries from front desk help yourself station. Manager didnt seem that friendly rest of the staff very nice. I asked about coffwe shops and she said long weekend everything closed and all the shops were open didn't seem to provide customer care you would expect from a concierge. Aside from that rooms clean every 3 days although they do start late. However location, size and facilities of kitchen in room really handybif staying a while and need a furnished apartment with cheap secure parking.

Great stay! Csme to see Brisbane and the Ferry right across the road and train/bus stop also so very close! Bonus of 50 cent travel cost per ride makes the location amazing and so affordable! Roon was tidy, beds very comfortable, bath! Extra supplies so easily accessable via reception. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great stay, good spacious room, kitchen has everything i needed. Decent size and lovely balcony to get afternoon sun and morning breakfast. Great to have ability to help myself to laundry detergent, and cleaning utensils etc. Handy washing machine and dryer. Would say however the cleaners dont clean till late. Often after lunch and id go out for my morning only to find cleaner wanting access after 12. Also cleaning every 3 days would be good if sheets changed every 2 days. Daily checks for towels and toiletries but can also help myself at reception. Great spot right on top of the river. Would def stay again. Parking also great value.

Cosmos apartments are in a great location as they are 5 minutes from the railway station, which can take you to the city or anywhere else you want to go. The apartments have most things you need and it was a pleasant stay with helpful staff. Parking on site is also a bonus with a small charge but worthwhile. Try it and see.

Milton Accommodation.

Enjoyed a 3 night stop at Cosmo on the way back from Birdsville races. Convenient to Ferry and train station a short walk. 20 min walk to Caxton Hotel and Suncorp Stadium. Good accommodation and well run hotel.
