Originally booked to stay here for 4 nights but left after the first. Unfortunately the accommodation didn’t meet our expectations. We were designated a room at the back on the first floor. It felt dark and not welcoming at all. The balcony overlooked the back of buildings with no view whatsoever. The receptionist was able to offer us an alternative room from the second night but we decided not to take up the offer. As this was our last few days in Australia before heading home, we decided to move to an alternative hotel near to the botanical gardens.

Room was spacious and clean...balcony but only view of buildings next doors roof... Even though quite a busy road it was quiet. We could walk to river ferry in 5 minutes.... Lovely entrance and friendly receptionist.

Smooth process, plenty of email notification prior. The location is brilliant, very central with the City Cat ferry terminal just across the road. Had requested a riverside unit on the upper floors if possible and were very happy to receive same. Great views, a bit noisy at night with traffic and sirens etc. Suite was roomy with pretty much all you needed for an 8 night stay. Washing machine, dryer, iron, 2 tvs. Information had stated did not do daily servicing but was done anyway, thank you! Only complaint was the room smelt very musty- went out and bought some air freshener

The cosmos is unique and charmed hotel. Open entry I was ment with low key luxury feel and a sense of cleanliness. The rooms a nice but starting to show their age and don’t really match the same vibe as the lobby. My overall stay was nice and the building was nice and quiet. The cosmos is located conveniently close to bus, city cat, and train stations offering much needed flexibility. Its location is walking distance from. Convinces stores and taste restaurants.
