There are lots of things to do when you stay at this studio, which is ideally located in the heart of the CBD. Brisbane is brimming with exciting activities, events and venues. You may be in town in September when the Brisbane Festival is on featuring the exciting Riverfire.

If you are visiting during October, don`t miss the fun-filled Oktoberfest and the novel Brisbane River Duck Race. There is the EKKA in August and always lots of things to do and places to see. Staying at here means you are close to everything.

This studio is only 5 mins walking distance away from the biggest bus and train station. There is no parking allocated to the apartment but there are a few different options around.

The closest secure parking is Wilson parking:
The name is 119 Charlotte st car park

There is also street parking around if you want to try your luck.

Another option is Myer parking

I would recommend always book online since they normally have deals online.

✖No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property or on the balcony.

✖No pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property due to potential allergies and other concerns.

✖No parties: Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed in the property.

✖Please refrain from discarding any refuse or litter from the window. penalties will be applied for violations.

✔︎ Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 3-8 pm, and check-out is at 10 am or earlier. Please let us know if you need to adjust these times and we`ll do our best to accommodate you. Late check-out fee applies.

✔︎ Please make sure to keep shoes off of the bed and furniture.

✔︎ Stains on linen or white towels will be considered damaged if stains cannot be removed.

✔︎ Enjoy yourselves, however, please take care with foods that can spill or stain our carpets, couches, and bed linen.

✔︎We do charge extra fees in case of loss or damages to our property such as towels, linen, and furniture.

✔︎Turn off all lights/TV/air conditions when not at home

✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbors` peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 7 pm and 8 am.

✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, especially if you use an oven or BBQ stove(if any), do not leave dirty dishes,and take out the trash before checking out. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

✔︎Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 2, including children. Please do not exceed this limit. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, a penalty may be applied and extra guests will be asked to leave immediately.

🔐 Check-In & Access
Check-in instructions are sent on arrival day once we’ve received a valid government ID. Please keep your keys and access cards safe—lost keys incur fees, and extra sets are subject to availability. Call-out fees may apply for after-hours support.


📶 WiFi & Entertainment
WiFi works for browsing, streaming, and emails—but not for heavy downloads or commercial use. TV types vary: Smart TVs require your own login (please log out), and non-smart TVs may have limited channels.


🛏 Bedrooms & Towels
Fresh linens and towels are provided. Extra towels are $10 each. Please leave everything in the home; stains, damage, or missing items may incur replacement fees.


🍳 Kitchen & Waste
The kitchen has all essentials, but condiments aren’t provided. Wash dishes, clean appliances, and dispose of rubbish properly. Excessive or hazardous waste may incur penalty or inconvenience fees.


❄️ AC & Building Amenities
Turn off AC when leaving and keep doors/windows closed.
Some units include amenities (pool, gym, sauna), and some DO NOT. If yours does, please use your access card and follow posted rules. Amenities may close for maintenance and are not refundable.
