The hotel was nice and good location, room was a bit on the unclean side but the sheets and towels did get changed daily. Every room service order needed additional interactions for cutlery to also be brought to us, otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

@nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it was as good as the 1st time, very convenient place to stay by Howard Smith Wharves, has a great roof top bar and restaurant and the rooms are very comfortable at an affordable rate

This place is just ok. Probs will not stay again. It’s fine but when you don’t have a night away with the wife that often you want it to be great. There was (what he hope was 😅) some yoghurt or cream of some sort on the luggage area when we first entered. Defs not what you wanna see when you walk in to your room. Parking was weird because they had “car park full” signs up, so we parked somewhere else. The. The concierge told us it wasn’t really they just put that up to make other locals not park there - but how are hotel patrons to know this? Just a bit weird. Maybe a “hotel patrons only” sign might be a little more considerate? Great gym for a cbd hotel. Everything else was, just fine.

It's a nice hotel, modern and well located, but don't expect the level of service typically associated with a five star hotel. It's five stars in terms of facilities, but not in terms of service. Unlikely to stay here again.
