Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Brisbane Customs House (vanha tullikamari). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi kuntosalin ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja parvekkeen.
