Good to Know:

William’s on William is a private two-bedroom unit at the front of the home. You’ll have your own entrance, living area, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry, with no shared indoor or outdoor spaces.



The three bedroom retreat at the rear is completely separate and may be occupied by other guests.



For larger groups, the entire home can be opened up on request, providing five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living/entertainment areas.



Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to the entire front section of the home.



There are no shared indoor/outdoor spaces. One car can park under the carport on the left side. The right side is for the back unit. There is room for a second in front of the house, next to the carport. Street parking is also available.



The rear section of the home is a separate guest stay, so your space is yours and theirs is theirs. Nice and simple.



The Neighborhood:

Alexandra Hills is one of those leafy Redlands suburbs where you can have parks, playgrounds, bushland and actual breathing room, without disappearing into the middle of nowhere.



Nearby train stations connect you directly with Brisbane City, the Ekka and beyond. Better still, most Translink bus, train and ferry trips cost just 50 cents. Yes, 50 cents. You can barely buy a freckle for that anymore.



Cyclists are particularly spoilt. An extensive network of dedicated paths means you can explore much of the Redlands without spending your ride dodging traffic. Ask us for a cycling map and go pedal somewhere lovely.



You’ll also find:

• Cleveland Aquatic Centre, with heated indoor and outdoor pools

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around, with shopping, cafés, parks and the bay all within a short drive.



Both Cleveland and Ormiston train stations are around five minutes away, with direct services to Brisbane City and the Ekka. Most Translink bus, train and ferry trips cost just 50 cents, making public transport a very easy option too.



Cyclists are also well catered for, with an extensive network of dedicated paths throughout the Redlands. Ask us for a cycling map and head off without having to spend your ride negotiating traffic.

Separate Back Unit

The back of the house is a completely separate two bedroom unit with its own private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and outdoor space.



Need More Room?

The entire home may sometimes be available as one five bedroom property, adding:

• Two queen bedrooms

• One double bedroom with one single mattress that can be made up on request

• A second bathroom

• Another kitchen and dining area

• A full outdoor deck, garden and fit pit

Guest Numbers

The nightly rate includes up to two guests.

The property has a strict maximum occupancy of four guests. Please include the correct number of guests in your booking.



An additional charge of $40 per person, per night applies for approved guests above six. Unapproved additional guests are not permitted.



Pets

Pets are currently not allowed.



Longer Stays

For stays of 14 nights or longer, a mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is required every 14 days at an additional cost.

For shorter stays, a mid-stay clean and linen change can also be arranged on request.



No Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.



Before Arrival

Before check-in, the primary guest will need to:

* Complete secure guest verification through Truvi

* Sign our rental agreement

* Choose either:

• A refundable $500 security deposit, plus an administration fee; or

• A non-refundable $50 damage waiver



Guest Verification with Truvi

Before arrival, the primary guest will be asked to complete a quick online verification through Truvi, our trusted third-party guest screening provider.

This helps protect both guests and the property and includes confirming your identity, signing the rental agreement and choosing either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.



Truvi will contact you directly by text or email with a secure link. Once completed, your check-in details can be released.
