The well known Chew Valley Lakes, ideal for Sailing or Fishing is only one mile away and the Mendip Hills are close by for lovely Country Walks. Other attractions within easy reach by car: Cheddar Gorge/Wookey Hole/ Wells Cathedral/Roman Baths/ Avon Gorge/Bristol Zoo/SS Great Britain/ Bristol Suspension Bridge/Weston Super Mare.
There are many excellent local Country Pubs & Restaurants close by.
Bath, Bristol are approx. 8 miles & Wells/Cheddar are 5 miles, Bristol Airport is approximately 4 Miles.
Bickfield House Farm has a minimum stay of 2 nights. Animals include horses, Alpachas, dog & cat and during the summer months sheep graze our fields.
The annexe was refurbished in 2018 and has a kitchen with oven/hob; fridge; breakfast bar and I supply guests with Tea/Coffee/Milk/Bread/Jam/Orange Juice & Eggs, so that is breakfast sorted !
Amazing Shower room with a rain shower which guests love !! heated floor; heated towel rail; toiletries supplied. Good size bedroom with king size bed; sofa and flat screen TV with amazon fire stick, wardrobe .
Outside area with patio area with seating.
No smoking inside the annexe but outside is fine. Dog friendly (2 small dogs allowed) but must be kept on leash due to animals roaming freely around the fields although there is a paddock where dog can be let off the leash for a good run around.
Bristol airport is approximately 4 miles away and your vehicle can be parked safely at a small daily charge
