A beautifully presented apartment in a fantastic location offering picturesque harbour and sea views.. All on the First Floor:

With fabulous views of the inner harbour set against a kaleidoscope of colourful terraced cottages, Kittiwakes boasts one of the best outlooks in Brixham. The full-width balcony is a fantastic feature, and on good days extends the living space outside and provides even more impressive views of the open sea beyond the break water. Kittiwakes is a very well appointed and located apartment that will leave guests feeling relaxed and refreshed, it is dressed with good quality furniture throughout, new kitchen installed and almost uniquely for Brixham, your allocated off road parking is right outside.
Several beaches can be reached within a 15-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. Churston Golf Club is under 3 miles away and will let non-members play if they have booked in.
The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler, which is turned on at set times of the day (morning and evening) from October to April. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required.

The Bedroom currently has a super king size bed, but with further improvements planned this may be changed to a standard size double in the future without prior warning.
